For more than five decades, Lt Col (R) Iftikhar Ali, Ph.D., has pursued a single question: Why do even intelligent, capable people often struggle to understand themselves?
That question became the foundation of a lifelong journey spanning military leadership, educational transformation, psychological inquiry, coaching, therapy, and interdisciplinary research. Lt Col (R) Iftikhar Ali served with distinction in the military before dedicating nearly three decades to educational leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including Director and Principal in some of Pakistan’s prestigious educational institutions and abroad.
